You'd like to cancel your membership? Of course.
You can cancel your membership by submitting the form below. Please submit at least 7 days before your subscription renewal date for our team to attend to your cancellation before payment has gone through. We do not process refunds once the payment has gone through. (Note: if you are subscribed with Paypal, they require 8 days before next payment, so please request cancellation with plenty of time)
Due to the digital nature of our program, we do not offer refunds. Following cancelation, your membership will remain active until the end of your current paid period.
Your current pricing gets locked in at the time you enroll. If you cancel and return in the future, you'll be subject to whatever price the program is at that time.

To maintain the confidentiality of our webinar registrants, guests, and couples - our videos are NOT available for download. Following the cancelation of your account, you will no longer be able to view the material or recordings.
