Yes!

1. Log in through a browser on your mobile device, as you would on desktop. We recommend Google Chrome (as this best supports our platform).

2. Download the Kajabi Mobile App here https://pages.kajabi.com/mobile-app-download

Create an account using your EFT Café account email.

Try these troubleshooting tips:

1. Power down your computer/device and restart - this usually takes care of the tech fairies 🧚‍♀️. 

2. Use Google Chrome for your internet browser - this is the preferred browser for our Kajabi platform. 

3. Clear browser cache and cookies

4. If the videos aren't loading, check your internet speed/connection.

A few firsts:

• You will need to have a free Zoom account.
• It's best practice to download the Zoom app for your computer or mobile device. 
• Check the EFT Cafe Calendar for scheduled webinar dates/times.

Guidelines for joining webinars:

• Your zoom profile name MUST match your EFT Cafe profile name. Due to the threat of hackers, we will only admit participants whose name matches their profile name. If your name does not match, or is not a name at all, you will be moved into a waiting room and Emily will reach out via zoom chat. If this happens, please work with Emily to confirm your identity. 

Note: If you are joining the webinar via the phone in links - then you must check in with Emily to confirm your identity as your profile name will not be visible to us. It's possible you'll be moved into the waiting room and Emily will check in via the chat bar to verify your identity.  

• Please be sure to keep your AUDIO MUTED. Open the chat bar to communicate with the group.

Steps to join from your computer:

1. 10 minutes before the Webinar, log in here to the Inside the EFT Cafe program.

2. From the left side menu, click on the post for this month's Webinar.

3. You'll see a link to Join the Zoom Meeting PLUS a password unique Meeting password.

Click the link to join the Meeting (the Zoom Meeting app will open - if your Zoom account is not already logged in, Zoom will prompt you to log in with your Zoom account), enter the unique meeting room password.  

Log in to the EFT Cafe to access the webinar join details. 

To watch a Zoom meeting from your mobile device, you will need to download the Zoom app. Here is the link >> https://zoom.us/download

OPTION 1. 

Log in to the Inside the EFT Cafe Program.

Go to the upcoming webinar post, click the link to join the webinar. Zoom app will open and prompt you for the unique meeting password. Enter and you're in. 

OPTION 2.

Log in to the Inside the EFT Cafe program and make note of the unique meeting ID and password (note, these will be different for each webinar) from the webinar post within the member area. 

E.G. >>

Open the Zoom app on your mobile device - enter the meeting room ID, then the meeting room password.

You can also use the phone in links outlined at the bottom of the webinar post. If you do phone in to the webinars, please immediately reach out to Emily Dowling in the chat bar to verify your identity - as we are unable to see your zoom profile name from a phone in source. 

Try these troubleshooting tips:

This is most often causing the issues with passwords not being recognized, or zoom meeting password not working. Please clear your browser cache/cookies. 

Zoom Link won't open? Try . . . 

• Copy the meeting URL into a new tab address bar and hit enter. 
• Right click over the hyperlink, or copy the URL address, open in an incognito window. This is a clean, history free window. Here is a how-to.
• Are you using the Zoom App? Download here. After clicking the Zoom link, the app will open, login if needed, enter meeting password. 
• If the app has stopped responding, you may need to delete the app, re-download and login again. 
• Be sure you have the latest version of the Zoom app. Check here. 
• Reach out to zoom support if you continue to experience Zoom issues. Click here, then Contact Support in top right corner. 

If you are accessing from Mobile Device. 

🚩 If you're accessing the EFT Cafe from a browser, follow steps above. 

If you're experiencing problems with the Kajabi mobile app - remove the app, download again, login again - to reconnect.

If you're experiencing problems with the Zoom app - make sure you have the latest version first, or remove and re-install. Login.

If you've been moved to the waiting room - likely because we cannot see your profile name - Emily will reach out to you via the chat bar. 

If you can't reach Emily in the chat, you can email her at [email protected] - however, the chat message is best as she is often busy within the webinar and cannot attend to emails during webinar times. 

Registered with PayPal: Log in to your PayPal account and update your credit card information there.

Registered with Credit Card: follow these steps-

Log in to your EFT Cafe account, if you haven't already. 

From the library page, click on your Profile Avatar in the top right-hand corner,
then select Settings, 
click Billing Info (in top right corner),
then Update next to the currently listed credit card.
Complete the prompt to enter the updated card information.
Then, click Update Card to apply and keep the changes.

Email [email protected] with your current account email - and your new email. We'll take care of it. 

Receipts are issued after each payment, to your email address. Receipts come from our payment processor Stripe. 

If you are registered via Paypal, you can also access payment receipts from within your Paypal account. 

No. Unfortunately, we can not pause membership subscriptions. If you choose to cancel your membership and would like to rejoin at a later date, you can rejoin during one of our open registration periods and the rate will be as per the current advertised rate. 

Outside our open registration periods, you can request to rejoin the member program by emailing [email protected]. We offer an individual/one-off registration which will incur a $10 administration fee. The membership subscription rate will be the most recent advertised rate. 

All resources within the Inside the EFT Cafe Program can only be accessed with a current, active membership. To maintain the confidentiality of our webinar registrants, guests, and couples - our videos are NOT available for download.  Following the cancelation of your membership, you will no longer be able to view the material or recordings.

Yes! We currently offer CEs for Stage 1 and Stage 2 Core Training.

Complete the Stage 1 and/or Stage 2 training within the EFT Cafe, then apply for CEs via R.Cassidy (see below).

• Stage 1 Café training is here under Core Trainings. Once you have viewed all of the segments, you are eligible to complete the online test and application via by R.Cassidy.
